Full payment of registration is required by credit card upon booking. Accepted credit cards are Visa & Mastercard. Online payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to tobba@atconferences.is 
Cancellations before 1. July will receive a full refund, less ISK 10.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1. July, but changes can be made at any time. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference.  Neither the organizers of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. Service fee for all changes and invoices sent for bank transfers is ISK 5.500,-
